Azzap Hotel Galata Istanbul

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, situated in a great neighborhood near historical landmarks such as Galata tower. We were able to easily explore the city's main attractions, thanks to its close proximity to public transportation and the bridge that took us to the main sites in this city. The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, with well-maintained facilities and a comfortable room that was well-insulated. The breakfast provided was enjoyable, and the staff were really good for every customer. They were friendly and helpful, providing us with tips and recommendations on where to go and try good cuisine.

All was perfect.

Great location near public transportation and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The clean and stylish bathroom was a plus. The substantial breakfast served on the rooftop with panoramic views was enjoyable.

This venue is a true luxury experience, with exclusive amenities that catered to my every need. the service was impeccable, and the Leisure/TV room provided the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring the nearby location advantages of the hotel. the room itself was a true oasis, with exclusive facilities that provided the ultimate in relaxation.

While this certainly wasn't a deal-breaker, it would have been nice to have the option to grab a quick bite on-site.

I recently stayed in a 5-star hotel with stunning views of the panoramic skyline. the private facilities were so luxurious, including exclusive amenities, that my every whim was catered to. the exceptional service exceeded my expectations, ensuring that my stay was unparalleled. the exquisite restaurant and relaxing bar/lounge area allowed for a well-deserved indulgence. the only minor issue was that the snack bar was not available, but the convenient location more than compensated for it.

Despite every indulgence being catered to, the only downside is that the rooms were smaller than advertised, with limited space to unwind in the leisure/TV room. the towels were not changed daily, but the surroundings were impeccable at all times.

The staff were professional, location ideal, cozy and well-maintained room, friendly restaurant staff and view, great food.
